Friends of the Black Box Theatre

THANK YOU!
We would like to sincerely thank our friends, volunteers, patrons and donors who make it possible to continue building exciting programs in Indian Head. Your tax deductible donations mean everything to us!

Join this special group of individuals who pledge $500 or more annually to provide the core of support to help the Black Box Theatre in the Indian Head Center for the Arts in its mission of bringing quality arts and entertainment to the community. Friends are committed financially to supporting the entire Indian Head Center for the Arts and all its programs on an annual basis.

Being a Friend is a wonderful way to support all the programs of the Indian Head Center for the Arts. And, your donations are tax-deductible under Federal law. You are supporting the after-school programs for at-risk teens, as well as guest performers, and all performing and outreach programs of the theatre.

How You Can Help - Each of the Friends pledges an annual gift of $500 or more. Together, those individuals help the Black Box to continue our mission of quality theater and special community programming.

Charles County Arts Alliance

Our programs are partially funded
by a grant from Charles County Arts Alliance.

We also receive funding by a grant from the
Maryland State Arts Council, an agency dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive. An agency of the Department of Business & Economic Development, the MSAC provides financial support and technical assistance to non profit organizations, units of government, colleges and universities for arts activities.

Funding for the Maryland State Arts Council is also
provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency,
which believes that a great nation deserves great art.

Our Educational programs for children recieve grant funding from Chaney Foundation.

Further support of our programing comes from the Charles County Government and by tax deductible donations.

Thank you all!
